A review examining the operational application of the State Smoke Framework. It identified that future operational application can be assisted by improvements to agency procedures, better systems to monitor atmospheric data, training for EM personnel and multi-agency exercising. This review focused on incident tier arrangements during the first three days of the fire.

An inquiry into the CFA training College it provided studies of pollution, unsafe activities, health impacts and the role of past and present executive management, an assessment of the feasibility of decontamination/rectification of the training site and recommendations to mitigate ongoing harm and to provide justice to victims and their families.

Tasked with considering how best to protect public health and the environment for future generations and combine its role with economic sustainability and jobs growth, the inquiry examined EPA's role, powers, governance and funding, and tools.

The second report on DELWP’s implementation of recommendations and commitments in response to the Lancefield-Cobaw Fire, overall it found that DELWP had acted swiftly to respond to the Investigation findings and rebuild community trust.

A framework to facilitate the maintenance of standards, continuous improvement and the management of risks for bushfire management activities (prevention, preparedness, fuel management, response and recovery). The framework is structured around risk, governance, continuous improvement, audit, people and capabilities, process, tools and systems and community and stakeholder management.

The first annual progress report on the implementation of the Victorian Emergency Management Strategic Action Plan (the SAP) covering the first three quarters of 2015–16 (1 July 2015 to 31 March 2016). The SAP, released in July 2015, comprised 30 state-level strategic actions aimed at enhancing Victoria’s emergency management system.

An assessment of the implementation of the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission recommendations and actions addressing a broad range of issues including community warnings, shelter options, emergency management governance and incident management, powerline safety, planning and building, and land and fuel management.

Final progress report on the implementation of identified actions from three 2013–14 fire season reports; these actions related to improvements to road traffic management, community involvement, initial attack and utilisation of resources, cross-border fire arrangements and other systemic issues.

The third and final report on DELWP’s implementation of recommendations and commitments in response to the Lancefield-Cobaw Fire. The 3 remaining recommendations were to be implemented as part of Safer Together, the government’s new approach to reducing the risk of bushfire in Victoria.

A review detailing how DHHS oversees and supports quality and safety of care across the Victorian hospital system, it highlighted several missed opportunities where practice excellence was not shared across the system.
