The Hazelwood Coal Mine Fire Implementation Monitor and the Inspector-General for Emergency Management, coordinate their monitoring activities and consolidate their reporting into a single, annual report on government’s progress with implementation with recommendations and affirmations in the 2014 Hazelwood Mine Fire Inquiry Report – Implementation and Monitoring Plan.

The 2015 Annual Report was tabled on 25 November 2015.
