Our First Five Years introduces the Inspector-General for Emergency Management and their role in providing confidence for the government, the sector and our communities in Victoria's arrangements to plan for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.
It also highlights a chronology of IGEM's assurance activities since July 2014 which have encouraged change and improvement in Victoria's emergency management arrangements.
