- VPS Grade 6: $134,593 - $180,115 plus superannuation

About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, Office of the IGEM (Deputy Inspector-General), the Manager Evaluation and Review (Program Lead) leads a team to plan and conduct evaluations and reviews to assess the capacity, capability and performance of the emergency management sector against intended community-focused outcomes and leading practice.
- Leading the planning and conduct of system-wide evaluations and reviews of emergency management sector capacity, capability and performance in support of sustainable improvement
- Managing complex data collection, collation and analysis as part of the evaluation and review program through a range of methodologies, including literature reviews, surveys, meetings and interviews
- Managing the conduct of environmental scanning and targeted research and provide expert strategic advice on leading practice within the emergency management sector in relation to a given topic of evaluation and review
About you

- Demonstrated experience in leading the planning and conduct of high-level evaluation and review
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector.
