Climbing mountains for mental health

In March 2024, the Emergency Services Foundation will continue Tony’s Trek with Side-by-Side, heading to Everest Base Camp, Nepal.

From 8 to 28 of March 2024, Tony’s Trek Side-by-Side will embark on a 19-day trek, with No Roads Expeditions. The Foundation and the Side-by-Side team are aiming high trekking to Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Lakes in the magnificent Sagarmatha National Park, Nepal.

This is a unique opportunity for all emergency service personnel, family, and friends to hike Side-by-Side and help raise awareness and funds for much needed mental health prevention and early intervention programs for emergency services workers.

Mental health challenges can often seem like a mountain, but Side-by-Side, mountains can be climbed together.
